There are some health benefits.

Awful place to work. Pay is terrible, with little chance of a raise. I spoke with one coworker who had asked for a raise 4 years in a row, with no as the answer each time. They are well known for low wages. No HR department with a company who has 5 branches in Ontario. I experienced ableism, verbal aggression, and impatience from both management and coworkers. The manager is clearly VERY inexperienced and is completely mismanaging the branch. I witnessed, on several occasions, staff displaying prejudice comments towards the LGBT+ community. Not an inclusive environment. Would NOT recommend.

Good Overall total earnings if you work hard in sales.

Current Sales manager and management isn't very good at all and no hr department.
