Cn experience hw public sector office works - without any perks of it, If u r good at ignoring horrible people then u can climb the ladder easily (dk where that ladder goes tho)
Cons
Bureaucratic, cheap politics, useless HR & Admin ; reason - they have no role in improving work culture, everything is decided by senior mgmt from bank. Paper work. Digital era has not reached this organisation. egoistic bunch of team heads - they are so competitive and silly which is tragically funny - they act like MBA graduates who did not get jobs in corporate/MNCs, WELL, if u r a woman, then definitely stay away, the amount of sexism and no reaction to it by educated pple will itself put you in trauma. It is unbelievable to core that an organisation such as this continues the way it is in this time and age. The only quality you can take away from here is being complacent about anything. WORK-LIFE BALANCE - you will be frowned upon if you have a personal life.
