CEO and CTO (owners) can often be maniacs, they lack sleep and maturity.
The owners make their business process up on-the-fly, changing it multiple times a week in many cases. They refuse advice and refuse to independently research this.
Management resorts to shouting matches to resolve debates - berates coworkers, frequent gaslighting

The software doesn't even work. Every version is untested. Every version is broken. Every customer complains.
Support staff is overworked and understaffed, leading to poorly done work. This leads to frustration of coworkers, owners, and customers - and more bugs in the software they are trying to support
The owners make promises to employees and customers, but never follow through
The owners have the temper, social skills, maturity, attention span, and management skills of an 8 year-old child
Management rarely gives feedback to employees. If they do, its indecipherable
Narcissism - the owner's nephew is a degrading and rude employee that should have never been hired. Instead, he will never be fired.
