Good company to work - Full Stack Developer SBI Technologies Employee Review

Like most contract recruiting companies, once hired, the company functions mainly as an HR entity. As you provide services for the government at the customer premises, they pay at twice-monthly intervals - like clockwork. When a TDY is required, they trust the employee to make better choices for travel arrangements and are willing to pay for necessary training. I've never had any issues left unresolved or untimely!

If you like to have personal contact with those that provide your paycheck, this isn't for you. You work for the customer and SBI provides pay and benefits!

This was once a very profitable company that had close to 200 employees, now it has very few fulltime employees and only around half are billable

This company is barely hanging on and has not brought in any new work in quite some time. The company is being kept alive by outside capital infusions.
