I joined the organization expecting SBI-level standards, but my experience was disappointing. From a software development perspective, I would not recommend it. There is no proper SDLC process being followed, and many team members have been in the same roles for 10–15 years without exposure to modern practices. Even basic tools like Git are not commonly used. Most people have been here for 10+ years and are simply waiting for retirement, with no interest in learning or improving.
