Pros
Lucrative profile as you get to work within the SBI family, which in itself is a tremendously enriching experience.
Cons
Inexperienced and arbitrary management, with no clear policies for employees.
HR is incapable of looking after the employees' interests, only panders to top management.
Arbitrariness displayed hy the management on a daily basis made it a very regrettable experience overall.
There are absolutely no boundaries, you are expected to work (travel, etc) for even 20 hours a day. Overworking is seen as a virtue.
