      A empresa oferece homeoffice, horário flexível, não necessita de dress-code, (pode ir trabalhar de bermuda), há oportunidade de viagens, inclusive para o exterior, há também oportunidade de intercâmbio com profissionais de outros países.

      Cons

      O salário e benefícios estão abaixo da média, principalmente para desenvolvedores, o ambiente está um pouco contaminado com fofoca e "panelinhas", os líderes estão sobrecarregados e estrutura física está ruim pelo fato de haverem mais colaboradores do que lugares para sentar.

      remote 3 days out of the week

      Cons

      Management doesn't train you. I was not even allowed the opportunity to figure it out either before they laid me off. The guy who was supposed to train me didn't, and threw me under the bus when my progress was evaluated. They want you to come on the team, already knowing everything.
