      Hybrid schedule, only 3 days in office. Sometimes optional.

      Upper management had no backbone. Wouldn't bother to give tools to become successful.

      remote 3 days out of the week

      Cons

      Management doesn't train you. I was not even allowed the opportunity to figure it out either before they laid me off. The guy who was supposed to train me didn't, and threw me under the bus when my progress was evaluated. They want you to come on the team, already knowing everything.
