Thank you for taking the time to post a review. It’s helpful to see what current employees value and where you’d like to see change. You’re right that some decisions have been centralized in recent years, to help us operate as effectively as possible across multiple markets. But we do want to be nimble and not slowed by bureaucracy. We’re hopeful that as more of our new processes get stabilized, decisions will get faster and easier.
