Pros

Leadership is accessible and always positive obviously, they should be pretty happy with the recent acquisition... close community between the old folks who's been there for a long time but that's about it.

Cons

Not sure about all the positive reviews regarding benefits and all, it is pretty close to industry standard if not less imo, I've been with at least 4 large, well-known contracting companies in this area. Your 401K doesn't start until like 5 months into your employment. I've heard healthcare coverage also did not start immediately for some people. Not sure if they still advertise company profit share but if they do, don't fall for it, it doesn't exist now. Most company "events" are near Dulles which is inconvenient for many who do not live in the area. With the recent merger everything is in the air, HR takes more than a week to reply, and they seem to be short on IT support personnel.

Pros

worked 6 month for SC3 and all environment was very bad team lead micromanagement, keep checking were are the employee, and keep asking for status every minute, and also very layer they will try put the word in your mouth, even you did not say and keep saying you said that, if you complain to higher management they do not care they will take there side and, all employee working for that person are festered and they will fire you with out notice and if you quit they will say you did not give notice , will say stay away from company like that

do not work SC3 and Prism they are the same Prism do not care about employee only they listen to there sub contract company they just care how they make money not employee
