Pros
- No experience required - Company truck and take it home - some tools provided, credit card for fuel. - Could lead to getting hired directly by Rogers
Cons
-Piece work, gotta do a lot of work to make over minimum wage -Rogers cut codes so hard to make good money - Truck maintenance has to be on your day off in Cambridge and you don't get paid to waste a day off waiting. Trucks are old (2011-2015)No scheduled maintenance, so you basically drive it until it runs out of oil or breaks before you waste a day off to fix it. - Schedule rotation is 4 on 2 off. Late hours everyday - Keep hearing from senior techs how things used to be better, it would be nice to hear positive comments or see positive change. - Not much career advancement opportunity. Basically one manager and two supervisors. You will be a tech and can get more training but really that's as high as your going . The company is structured to work on a shoe string budget with maximizing profits.
