      1. Product is outstanding 2. Small and efficient teams where everyone contributes 3. Leadership believes in flat communication, everyone is in the know 4. Benefits package is the best I have ever had

      Cons

      1. Being a startup, still working through some internal processes 2. A lot of changes happening fast, but leadership working to make it as smooth as possible 3. Current processes make it hard to fully step away from work at times

      Pros

      SCATR works on interesting and critical problems and the people who do that work are very impressive. I have been given opportunities and been exposed to technical understanding here that I couldn't imagine a year ago having been enabled by an environment of highly skilled and helpful coworkers.

      Cons

      It's a young company and as such the procedures by which anything occurs are still being solidified.
