You have to fight to have a day off. You aren’t allowed to have any type of emergency’s that require you to call in. You are supposed to love being micromanaged at all times. Someone walking up behind you when you just came in from break or a rod test asking are you back and calling a number for you before you even get your belongings together. Management can not handle the pressure.
