Needs an overhaul - Anonymous employee SCHRA Employee Review

Many people just see this as a job and take advantage of the programs. Complaints were met with push back and retaliation. Some managers bombard you with work related texts during the weekend then put on a front about taking care of yourself when not at work to avoid burnout witnessed a manager lying on applications to get their friends into the program and play favorites while constantly stirring up drama To much of just needing a body at locations without consideration for the type of person they are and how it will affect the children in their care.
