Small Company, great leadership, fun culture and team to work with

Not very transparent in where we were going as a company.

The reason I decided to apply at SCI, and one of the reasons I find myself here 5 years later, is the people. I had a very unique “discovery” of the company in that I met and interacted the entire C-Suite prior to interviewing. My take-away from that few days was that if these are the people in charge, this is the company I want to work for. I have this point proven for me time and time again. SCI is a company that takes care of its employees, pushes them, grows them. It is a company that is growing itself and that expansion leads to many internal opportunities for motivated employees. SCI is flexible and empowering, supports remote employees, provides amazing benefits, and is somewhere I plan to stay for the foreseeable future.

Not really a con, but fast-paced work that you need to motivated and self-disciplined to succeed at.
