Pros

- Flexible Time - Exposure to cryptocurrency and blockchain

Cons

- Management are toxic and micromanagers especially the COO. - Really small work place, hard to move around. - The job responsibilities are unclear and makes you do tasks that are not on your job description and expects you to be good at them. - The management are perfectionists even though they themselves don’t use company’s products or apps and have no idea how the apps work and still expects their employees to do a great job when they can’t even do the job themselves. - A lot of people are leaving the company mostly due to the bad management. - There’s not much place for growth as the management prioritizes the good-looking or their favorites. - The management is anxiety-inducing which is also affecting the well-being of the employees.

Pros

- Exposure to the Tech & Blockchain Industry

Cons

- Low salary (Entry level salary or less) - Asks employees to do several job functions in different departments without any benefit on their part (No salary increase, they couldn't put it on their resume, they do two jobs for the same entry-level rate) - They don't reimburse some expenses for the business; no gadgets to use (they won't approve and ask you to use your laptop/gadget) - Bosses are toxic and micromanagers; they blame everything on each other or the people under them, never themselves. - Colleagues are slow and chill; not fun to work with. They have certain groups and isolate people they don't like. - They have no investors anymore; letting go of people are normal to them (they let go of pregnant women despite being in the maternity leaves) - Not compliant to the laws; ripe for lawsuits - Favors the rich and the good-looking but never trains the ones who are willing to learn and enjoys the tech industry - High turnover rate
