Most employees had unprofessional attitudes. Very very poor management. HR is almost non existent and the individual has multiple titles. The other HR resource is the CFO. All upper management is Italian and no matter what their performance, they are protected because this is an Italian company. Some managers have a workload that far exceeds what they are capable or should even be asked to carry. They are unable, don't have the time or do not care about the customer/dealers. Some management should really re-evaluate their actions. Not a team environment. Understaffed. Workload is dumped on whoever sticks around.
