Very nice people/culture to work in. Nice offices. Good benefits (Health etc). Dynamic, global Company. Interesting work/products/opportunities
Cons
A lot of change driven by Head Office in Paris which is sometimes arbitrary and at the whim of senior individuals. Seems to be a negative sentiment shift in Heads office view of Ireland as location for hiring talent. Push re centralise back to Paris (2025). Company is strongly pushing to control costs which negatively impacts salary increases/bonus.
