3yAs a family-first organization, we enable our new mothers with paid maternity leave that is competitive in our industry. SCORR provides a minimum of 8 weeks of paid parental/ primary caregiver leave for ALL employees. Those eligible for our Bullseye Benefit program (most employees around the 3-year mark with high performance) receive 10 weeks of paid parental/ primary caregiver leave. We also offer short-term disability policies for all employees that, when utilized, provide pay for employees through the full 12-week FMLA period of parental leave. Like most employers, SCORR matches employee retirement contributions up to a certain percentage.
