      Pros

      Great people and great work. I have learned a lot in my field from my coworkers and the projects that I work on. The office layout is nice. The company is getting bigger and we're pretty busy. Personally, I like the fast-paced atmosphere but it might not be for everyone.

      Cons

      The pay is on the lower side of the spectrum. I want to stay at SCS for awhile because the work is great but I may have to reconsider if the pay doesn't go up.

      Pros

      Staff is super nice and friendly, lots of field visits, and learning opportunities. As an intern, I never got bored and felt like I learned a lot about solid waste. Company has a lot of opportunities to grow as an engineer.

      Cons

      Feast and famine culture like any other consulting job but it compliments nicely with field work.
