Pros
As an intern I learned so much about the 3D printing industry, and just how truly complex the process can be. The software was very easy to use and the work environment was laid back. David was a nice guy and helped me with problems whenever he could. The internship gave me a lot of time to just tinker with the printers and really learn how it all works.
Cons
The learning curve was very big. The further you dove into the process the more you realized just how complex it is to make a good print. Management wasn't always around to answer questions, but he was available almost always for me to text and ask him questions that way. Besides that, you basically had to learn a decent amount on your own. While this sounds daunting, it really just prepared me for the engineering problem solving method by trial and error.
