Pros
Clients are overall pretty nice and there's a few decent people who work there and feel the same way about the company. The owner is a nice and genuine individual, and I believe they may not be fully aware of the managerial situations occurring in other locations.
Cons
The workplace could greatly improve with better management. Following a managerial change, the current manager tends to micromanage and criticize every aspect of your performance, treating employees as if they were robots with no consideration for work-life balance. This manager maintains a consistently negative attitude, which extends to interactions with customers, while demanding perfection from everyone else. The overall atmosphere is toxic, prompting many to contemplate leaving or enduring emotional abuse if they stay working in the call center. Additionally, there's a misleading promise of discounted procedures after 90 days, only for the company to lay off individuals reaching this milestone, leaving them without the promised treatments. Not to mention they pay you close to minimum wage.
