Lots of room to grow and develop.

There are no cons here.

The training opportunites with this organization is plentiful as long as you stay on top of your supervisor and you don't take no for an answer. Time off is plentiful and as long as you do not take advantage of the system you will be able to take off as much time as you need as long as you have the time available in your leave balance.

Communication breakdown is a common occurrence and there seems to be no change in the near future to correct this. Multiple people are aware of this issue but so far nothing has changed
