Pretty good work/life balance. Friendly colleagues that are always happy to help you. An ok work environment even though it lacks some warmth in the office space. Interesting customers and challenging tasks.
Cons
Poor training, mentoring. Managers & team leaders lack time to mentor and guide you on tasks you are performing. Monotonous and repetitive tasks, no clear picture of the whole project you're assigned to. Lacks workflow, processes and transparency.
