- No help or training at all from management, they have a "figure it out" attitude, they do not set you up for success - Sketchy fraudulent tactics, lied about giving a raise and then never gave it - Extremely low pay compared to market average, overworked and underpaid - There is no documentation or resources around any of their technology or processes, work is just thrown at you with nowhere to learn from - Team members quit and they replace with kids fresh out of school with no knowledge or experience - Managers use you as punching bags when clients are frustrated for any reason
