Steady work with good coworkers, but poor communication - Storeroom Attendant SDI Employee Review

I really loved working here, only left for a better offer. My boss was supportive and amazing, I consider her a friend.

Never received any bonus, I probably would have stayed with better compensation. It was good, but was offered more elsewhere

Remote work made it easy to stay much longer -

Doesn’t matter how hard you work / it doesn’t matter how much you think you are appreciated and valued / If you want to try and improve things and speak up - you are then the problem. You can love a job and give your all 100% each and every day BUT don’t ever think they care!!! Even though encouraged to bring ideas 💡 improvements forward- they go nowhere.
