Dysfunctional working environment creates high turnover. Low employee morale.
No training. Secretive work environment. Colleagues quit and senior management
does not inform staff. Hiring occurs in a vacuum. Our office is cut off from communicating
with the parent company SDL under the guise of security. Staff believe it is to keep corporate SDL
in the dark about extreme dysfunction, unprofessional leadership and shenanigans.
Staff have no access to SDL training resources or mentoring and mentoring. Staff work in constant fear of retaliation from senior management for perceived slights or senior management being in a crappy mood and
needing a dog to kick.
