Today, I will write about 2 aspects Leonard Jackson and his Training.... Leonard Jackson : I have never come across such a person like him in my life. He is one person who have the capability to change you as a person and make you better. He understands his resource in and out, inspires and motivates you to give 100% every single time. He silently builds your capacity and gives you the confidence every single time. He once told me regarding a particular job " Do the job, If you get success...you will take the credit....and if you fail.....I will take the blame". This gave me instant confidence. Thats Leonard Jackson for you. I can go to war with him as my captain. Wherever I am today, that is only because of him. The training conducted by him is always " WOW" experience for anyone. His training sessions are always full of knowledge, activites. He conducts his sessions with full of energy. He posseses amazing knowledge about any given subject. I was fortunate enough to attend his sessions which changed my life forever. His sessions gave me confidence and gave me a whole new impetus to me professionally. I am a trainer myself and his training sessions shaped me to be a bettwr trainer. His hand holding sessions shaped me professionally and personally too. Before I end.... Thank you sir for being my mentor and guide.

It finishes too early where your mind and heart keeps wanting for more.

You should SDL once.. WHY? Because it haves a lot under one roof. SDL have 3 departments 1: SDL International BPO which have cool U.S process 2: SDL Campus to Corporate 3: SDL Manpower Solutions So it's like, you step in SDL give interview get placed and if not selected! no issues go for 2nd department which gives you soft skill training and make you strong enough to communicate with anyone and we build that confidence in you to talk clearly and boldly. and once you're done with the training go for SDL International which is BPO, not comfortable come for the 3thrd department SDL Manpower Solutions. We will place you in your favorite company for which you are looking for. SDL we make you star from a scratch, 'You name it, You have it.
