Everyone at the company was very kind and supportive. The projects I completed were well thought out the overall experience was greatly beneficial to my career.

The only thing I can think of that may be a con for some individuals is that it is a Christian institution, so it may not be the best fit for you if you would prefer to avoid that.

This organization has a lot to offer just about any type of person. They are highly focused on employee safety and well-being. It is mostly a laid back environment with the occasional sermon. Great place to get some experience and move on to real adventures.

Kind of fat, like that family with just one child. The company is that spoiled only child who doesn't have to work for or prove he is good at anything because he's going to get everything whether its deserved or not. Success isn't really measured by achievement but by how well you fit their mould. Kind of like a Christian version of DEI. When you ignore that far drifting baseline too long, you will wake up one day and see how far off you were.
