Lovely Staff, Great HR, IT, Accounts and other support services, they do loads for the staff, active social program of events and bonuses.

The reason for only 3 stars, there is a lot going on in the background that means big changes for the staff and it not communicated to the staff. This mean that there is a lot of scared staff, Also there is a lot of the old guard leaving, Staff that has been there for years just disappearing, these are the staff that makes the firm what it is and newer staff dont seem to have the impact

I really love this firm, really good vibe over the years and lots of good people They do have good bonuses, fun days, free parking and a few other things that are really good. and the staff are all lovely and welcoming

Sadly the old staff are leaving or being pushed out. we have seen a mass exodus of staff in 2025, leaving large voids that are hard to fill. more push towards expanding and being corprate, rather that being about the people that are there
