Pros
S-E-A puts an insane amount of time and effort into the training program, you can see the results in real time. Lots of very intelligent people who are open to collaboration. Once you are up and running, as long as you get your work done well and on time, you can manage your clients and your workload in almost any way that you like.
Cons
For younger/less experienced technical staff, patience is required. A lot of the benefits of the position can't be felt until you are fully busy with client work, which can take years.
