Good place to learn from the experienced designers. Good place to get experience and understand the whole design processes. Good place to work if you have an intern position.
Cons
Too much of a hierarchical system and people inputs, sometimes you don't know which task is assigned to who. Too much competitivity and rush, that lead to some uncomfortable situations with colleagues. Misunderstandings and lack of information to develop your work if you work for a third party company inside SEAT
