      Nice people, good local management, not hard work if you do what is expected

      Very bad communications internally, no one speaks to each other or the clients, Senior management seems oblivious to serious issues and the attrition rate had a great name for service but soon goes, you get what you pay for which shows int he staff being brought on,,,,I could go on

      Pros

      Management is good, very friendly staff and good environment. i learn so many things in corporate world at secom. they treat me so nicely as an intern and the youngest at that time. the allowance is very good rm1k its enough i think.

      Cons

      the parking is limited and difficult huhu need to come early to get ur spot near office.
