Good pay, decent hours if that’s what you’re looking for.

Supervisors are fake as hell. They’ll write up records of discussions at the drop of a hat for the most minor things that don’t even breach company rules. They’ll get their puppets to take photos of you behind your back instead of just approaching you. They make sure their family members are well looked after , treating it like a family business, nepotism. They’ll cut your hours when you bring up work place bullying. Micromanaging staff in a daily book they have. Send texts with photos the next morning outside of your rostered hours of the things you may have missed the shift before. I went back briefly thinking the toxic culture would’ve changed, but it didn’t. And I’m glad I’ve left and wouldn’t recommend anyone to work at the pines shopping centre. Security guards are lovely and the other cleaners are too , but management is transparent. No room for career growth either.
