Pros
1. Best place to start your career 2. Can get lot of knowledge about product development 3. Food is provided for free 4. They have proto shop and assembly line, hence can get hands on the product
Cons
1. CTC has lot of deduction, hence take home is way less compared (includes medical insurance, bonus) 2. Lot of differentiation between permanent and temporary employees 3. Work life balance is a joke 4. Too much politics and some managers steal you credit 5. Won't suggest if your above 5 years of experience 6. Once you put down paper, get ready to be treated like a traitor
