      Cons

      The company relies on contracts so sometimes a job can be eliminated if the funds are not available. The forecasting with the donors to always have open contracts need to be implemented.

      This company has a family staff feeling everyone is friendly and work together to help each. The benefits are truly amazing here.

      Cons

      The only con I can say is the lower paying salary but then again this a great opportunity for entry level to get your foot in the door.
