1. No renumeration or AWS 2. Low salary, way below market rate 3. Management is bad, often micro-manage and closed minded 4. Probation is 6 months period with 1-2 weeks notice given to you 5. Sometimes unappreciative, likes to pinpoint bad points and forget about good points 6. Very traditional SME mindset 7.
