Pros
You always see these clichés in job descriptions about friendly, open-minded and all around wonderful community, learning opportunities and a great office. I was a tad sceptical at first, but every single person, from the CEO to a newly signed Sales Rep is like my family. You never hesitate to speak your mind, your ideas are always heard, respected and taken into account when decisions are made, your feedback is appreciated, as well as your work, be it your menial, everyday tasks or some extra project you do. I never felt like I was actually part of something until I joined SEON.
Cons
The company is growing so fast we can no longer fit in the office, that is probably my biggest issue, but this is going to change real soon as well.
