Good role for entry level in to cybersecurity. Best to use this place for experience only and as a skipping stone. Casual dress code which is a bonus.
Cons
Pay is criminally low for the level of work expected from you. Work environment is slightly toxic too. Too much a 'family' culture where things you may share in confidence will get shared around the office. Favouritism is kind of rife as well. Perks and bonuses are not good at all compared to many other organisations. Career progression within the business itself is terrible compared to elsewhere.
