      Working at SERV, there's a lot of independence, which I appreciate. There's freedom, you have down time, and no one is bugging you to do this or that. It's like you're your own boss

      The salary is very low, there's no growth.

      Decent benefits and some opportunities to do overtime

      Cons

      No standards in the hiring process leading to extremely unqualified co-workers, lack of relevant training in regards to the actual job requirements, poor pay, consumers tend to not get their needs met, disregard for employees from middle and upper management
