      Low pay , a lot gossip , higher ups don’t care about you and are money hungry, also high ups don’t really care about the clients , don’t work here

      Decent benefits and some opportunities to do overtime

      Cons

      No standards in the hiring process leading to extremely unqualified co-workers, lack of relevant training in regards to the actual job requirements, poor pay, consumers tend to not get their needs met, disregard for employees from middle and upper management
