Pros
The Company has a great diverse Culture. The Management and Staff are excellent to work with, great team environment, Management always step in when required to get the projects completed in a timely fashion as timelines are driven by the clients we service. SES demonstrates excellent safety to all employees. I was referred by one of our clients to join SES Engineering as I was going to retire but needed to work for a few more years. I have been with the Company since 2002 and pay is above what I was earning before. SES recognizes experience and dedication.
Cons
One of the challenges can be meeting some timelines. In Engineering the Scope of work can often change which means it may become more of a challenge to stay on target to meet the client needs.
