Since it is a smaller company the pay is not too good. I would not recommend someone who needs a job to survive to take this opportunity. Although working here is a great chance to gain experience , w and meet established people in the industry, which is ideal for people who are seeking their first job or trying to gain experience writer or as a photographer, the pay is low and usually given per assignment.
