Friendly working atmosphere a lot of learning by doing.

The discretionary bonus is opaque, it constitute a large part of annual comp (Up to 100%) and there is no transparency as to what it might look like until the annual review.

Office is close to city center.

Bonus/progression is dependent on playing office politics / sucking up to management. Other brokers are paying 30% of P&L as bonus, here the bonus is discretionary. Get used to rude/inappropriate comments and jokes in the office. Likes to advertise themselves as "market maker "."investment bank " , whereas in fact they are a broker.
