The company has no standard operating procedures in any department, extreme turnover due to inept management, zero oversight or support from management, salaries are equated completely subjective to management's mood (unequal between men and women with same experience), not a family friendly work place, terrible work/life balance (on-call 24/7/365 for managers plus evening meetings), no equipment provided for work from home capabilities, no growth opportunities other than adding more clients to portfolio which you will not be compensated for, hostile work environment
Unsure how the company retains any clients or employees as management shares private information about clients, vendors and employees to everyone in a reckless manor. Instill a horrible work environment by narcissistic tendencies and creating conflicts between individuals to retain "control" over information sharing among staff. As soon as you provide your notice, you are not acknowledged and shunned. Anything that goes wrong you are blamed to current staff and disparaged until the end of time (even if managers have never had a complaint or lost a client).
