Pros
People are very genuine, caring and truly are passionate for the cause to help persons with disabilities. Because we are not exactly government, we have more flexibility to manoeuvre and pilot initiatives that can really help the ground. Management is very open to ideas and is quite a flat structure whereby everyone can have access to the CEO directly for discussions and decisions.
Cons
Management mostly exhibits conflict avoidance, so some bosses that are toxic unfortunately still stay in power although the turnover and staff feedback is obviously very bad. MSF sets the policy so sometimes we want to do more but not the authority to change things. We can voice out but still depends on MSF stand hence sometimes hard to work because of this.
