Pros

There is a lot of opportunity for growth. There is a big opportunity to grow in terms of skills, position, and also just internally. People have come a long way here from where they started and it's really great to see the growth myself and a lot of others have been able to have. If you want it and are open to coaching and feedback, there is a lot to learn and help you get stronger at whatever position or area you are in.

Cons

One main thing is that property management is challenging work. The days can present a lot of unpredictable situations. It can quickly be busier than expected or planned for and can include conversations that are difficult. The company helps each other a lot, though. Another thing is that expectations are high and feedback on performance is common.

Pros

What I appreciated most about my time here was the high level of trust and autonomy. Unlike many firms that rely on micromanagement, this office emphasizes self-sufficiency and gives you the space to own your workflow from day one. It’s an ideal environment for anyone who is a self-starter and prefers a 'freedom-first' culture where your results speak for themselves.

Cons

Because the culture is so focused on independence, it’s a fast-paced environment that requires a lot of personal initiative. It may not be the best fit for someone who needs constant hand-holding or a highly structured mentorship program, but for those who are driven to figure things out on their own, the upside is huge.
