      Good experience in researching and there is the ability to be "promoted" Leadership is very driven and motivational

      Cons

      Unpaid (even the program managers who "manage" interns) There is very little job training and when you are trained it is contradictory

      Get to know many people who were also doing international relations and international development

      The whole project were led by interns. Even my manager was an intern from the previous year. They hired a huge number of interns to do the free work for them
