      Flat hierarchy structure, no growth The culture of protecting yourself by sending emails rather than talking face to face. Every 4 years change of leadership styles and culture due to rotation of directors

      Plenty of work, decent benefits

      Cons

      Management can get in the way of things and their is also constant shifting. Also, management has to unfortunately wear a lot of hats which gets in the way of adequate training for new hires and can sometimes lead to issues.
