      Great for people with families. Very flexible schedules. Management is very accommodating.

      Having to work out in the cold but that comes with the territory.

      Hi! Thanks for taking the time to write a review. I also think SGS is great for people with families but also without! We do provide flexible schedules to support work-life balance. I’m sure it can be cold sometimes working in the field. You may want to raise this with your management to find a solution (maybe providing you with warmer clothes and boots). Keep up the hard work!       Pros

      - Big company, globally recognized. - Nice co workers - Financially stable and has huge potential. - Diversity and continuous effort towards sustainability.

      Cons

      - Very slow, not aggressive. - No career growth, internal politics. Policies are very different across business lines which is unusual for such a huge company. - Low compensation compared to competition. - Not much support form management
